February Photo a Day Challenge Day 6: Dinner
Grilling is not a specialty of mine but it is a specialty of Mat's! Last night Mat decided we were going to grill hot dogs and hamburgers tonight for dinner... yummy! Now my surgery was 7 months ago and I have yet to have a hamburger since the doctor did say red meat is harder on the stomach. So here we go... my first half of a hamburger since the surgery and oh my gosh it was wonderful. The meat was cooked just right on the grill with the cheese lightly melted with ketchup and pickles on a lightly toasted bun. Man this is making me want to go and eat the other half. Now the true tester will be how my stomach handles the red meat once it is digested!
I really don't care for hamburgers; I find them hard to digest but this looked like a really juicidly good hamburger. I guess homewmade ones beat shop bought every time.
